Returning nonprescription items in store or online

Return Policy Overview

  • All Returns must be accompanied with an RA#(Return Authorization Number)
  • Item must be returned to the address on RA #
  • Returnable up to 30 days after delivery
  • Items must be unopened
  • Men’s health items are not returnable below
  • Returns are subject to a restock fee

We reserve the right to limit or refuse any refund or exchange. All returns or exchanges are subject to a third-party verification process.

Return in Store
Most new, unopened items purchased from Glen Ridge Pharmacy  Pharmacy or glenridgepharmacy.com can be returned to our Pharmacy store within 30 days of purchase for exchange or refund.

  • Valid photo ID may be required for any return or exchange.
  • Items that are opened or damaged, missing a receipt, or do not pass our third-party verification process may be denied a refund or exchange.
  • Items returned with the original receipt may receive a refund or store credit in the amount of the original purchase price. If your purchase was made with a credit card or debit/cash card, your refund will be made to that card.
  • Items returned without a receipt may be exchanged for the same item or refunded as store credit. A refund for such a return may be limited to the lowest advertised price in the 30-day period prior to the return. Returns lacking proof of purchase also may be limited or denied.
  • Refunds for items purchased online using PayPal will be issued in the form of a store credit. Customers seeking a refund to their PayPal accounts must contact Customer Care at 973-743-5900
  • Gift cards, prepaid cards and phone cards cannot be returned or exchanged, except as required by law.
  • At Home Covid-19 test kits cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Due to health and safety concerns health care items, home health and personal care products cannot be returned even if unopened and no refunds will be issued.
  • Special-order items like Compression Stockings, motorized scooters and lift chairs cannot be returned.

Return by Mail
Items purchased at glenridgepharmacy.com that are eligible for return or exchange at a Glen Ridge Pharmacy store may also be returned by mail within 30 days of purchase.Customer is responsible for return shipping.  Call Customer Care at 973-743-5900 before returning items to obtain the Return Authorization Nuber. We’ll work with you to ensure that both your return and credit refund are processed accurately.

Other Important Information

  • Why We Need Your ID: A third-party processor helps us detect improper returns and prevent losses. Except where prohibited, we require a valid photo ID for all returns. Our third-party processor may record ID information during a return and keep it in a secure database to help us validate future returns.
  • Prescription Purchases: These policies do not apply to prescriptions..
  • Effective date: October 1, 2019: Glen Ridge Pharmacy reserves the right to change our coupon and return policies at any time.

Returning prescriptions or issues with your prescription order

If you have questions or concerns about prescription items in your order, call Customer Care at 1- 973-743-5900.

Standard UPS/USPS/ FEDEX shipping rates are only available to the 48 contiguous states (excludes Alaska, Hawaii, and all U.S. Territories, APO/FPO).

Though every attempt is made to ship orders as quickly as possible, they generally take 24 business hours to process before shipping. If an order is placed after 12:00 p.m. Mountain Standard Time on Friday, then the order will not ship out until the following Monday. Overnight and Saturday delivery options are not available.

The following are options for delivery and estimated transit times.

  • Economy: 7-10 business days.
  • Standard: 3-5 business days.
  • Expedited: 2-3 business days.
  • Rush: 1-2 business days.

We will ship your order via any of the major mail carriers, including UPS, FedEx and the United States Postal Service. At this time we are unable to provide the option to choose your carrier of choice.

Alaska and Hawaii Shipping

Unfortunately, due to carrier restrictions, we are no longer able to ship to Alaska or Hawaii.

P.O. Boxes

Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to P.O. Boxes.

Military APO, FPO and DPO

Unfortunately, we cannot ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Free or discounted shipping promotions, or discounted pricing promotions, may not apply to incontinence/diaper supplies, liquids, wheelchairs, and some of our other over-sized items. We apologize, but in order to maintain our low regular prices, we are no longer able to always include these medical supply categories in shipping promotions.

Tracking your order

  • When you place your order online, we’ll send you a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking number and a link to the package carrier’s website so you can track your order. Please note that it can take 24 to 48 hours for the tracking number to appear.
